Resolution criteria This market resolves to YES if any entity operating under the name Glosso—specifically the social networking platform Glosso founded by Aella, or the language learning application Glosso—successfully completes an Initial Public Offering (IPO), a direct listing, or a merger with a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) on a major regulated stock exchange (such as Nasdaq or NYSE) before January 1, 2027 (11:59 PM UTC). This market resolves to NO if no such transaction is completed by the cutoff date. The market will resolve based on official SEC filings, press releases, or coverage in major financial publications (e.g., Bloomberg or Reuters). Background Glosso (glosso.ink): A gamified, invite-only social media platform and data-collection website launched in early 2026 by writer and researcher Aella. It features interactive quizzes, social ranking experiments, and matchmaking tools designed for statistical analysis of its userbase.
