Resolves YES if the U.S. Energy Information Administration's "Weekly U.S. Regular All Formulations Retail Gasoline Prices" series publishes ANY weekly value, dated on or before 2026-10-26, that is strictly below $3.750 per gallon. Resolves NO otherwise. Oracle (sole source): https://www.eia.gov/dnav/pet/hist/LeafHandler.ashx?n=PET&s=EMM_EPMR_PTE_NUS_DPG&f=W Only the national weekly figure in that series counts. AAA, GasBuddy, state averages, and daily prices do NOT count. Revisions published by EIA are honored. Context: the Aug 24, 2026 reading was $4.085. The last 8 weekly readings ranged $3.777-$4.096. Prices typically fall through September and October as summer driving ends and cheaper winter-blend fuel arrives, and the Trump administration has said its August 28 Venezuela oil arrangement will push pump prices down. Whether that carries the national average a full ~34 cents below $3.75 before November is the question.
