I am doing Ironman 70.3 Ohio on July 19, 2026. This consists of a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, and 13.1 mile run done consecutively. Last year I finished IM70.3 Chattanooga in 3h 54m (there was no swim), and IM70.3 Rockford in 4h 53m (temperature was over 100). My goal times are 35 minutes for the swim, 135 minutes for the bike, and 90 minutes for the run, which gives me wiggle room for transitions.
