This is a commitment device market about avoiding a variety of media and distracting apps before 1 p.m. from 1 July to 31 July 2026. YES, if I avoid audiovisual media and a list of distracting apps (mostly social media apps) before 1 p.m.. Podcasts are only allowed when I'm away from home. Media consumption related to my studies is exempt. NO, if I consume prohibited media, before 1 p.m., for more than three minutes total, on a day within the timeframe.
