This is a commitment device market about avoiding a variety of media and distracting apps before 1 p.m. from August 1 to August 31 2026. YES, if I avoid audiovisual media and a list of distracting apps (mostly social media apps) before 1 p.m.. Podcasts are allowed when I'm away from home. Media consumption related to my studies is exempt. NO, if I consume prohibited media, before 1 p.m., for more than three minutes total, on a day within the timeframe.
